Booking and Payment

Payment must be made in full before access to digital content is granted or consultations are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. All fees are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

Online Course Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you purchase one of our online courses and feel it is not suitable for your needs, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided:

Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Refund requests submitted outside this period will not normally be eligible for a refund.

Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate nature of access, digital downloads and downloadable resources are non-refundable unless required by law.

Consultations and Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our services are designed to support parents in making informed decisions about infant feeding but are not intended to replace medical care.

If you or your baby require urgent medical attention, you should contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every breastfeeding journey is unique.

While our education and support are designed to help families achieve their feeding goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Breastfeeding duration
Milk supply
Infant weight gain
Resolution of feeding challenges
Exclusive breastfeeding

Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

Medical Information and Changing Guidance

Breastfeeding, infant feeding, and maternity care guidance may evolve over time as new research becomes available.

While we strive to provide accurate, evidence-based information at the time content is created, we do not guarantee that all materials will reflect the most recent clinical guidance after purchase.

We recommend consulting your healthcare providers regarding current recommendations relevant to your circumstances.
